I would like to share my honest feedback about my vehicle collection experience. Unfortunately, my first interaction with Tony Fang (Sales Representative) was very disappointing. His approach was not welcoming and his comments during our first meeting made my family feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As a representative of the business, his attitude did not reflect the level of customer service I expected from Geely. A customer’s first impression matters, especially when collecting a brand-new vehicle. The way customers are welcomed and treated represents the company’s values, and this interaction left a negative impression. Thankfully, Kayla Mahfoud completely changed the experience. She was professional, respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel valued. She is a credit to the business and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Kayla: 10/10 ⭐️ Tony Fang: Very disappointing experience. I hope the dealership provides further training and support to ensure every customer receives the welcoming and respectful service they deserve.
